AC loads up to 40A are possible with load voltages up to 480V. The inputs can be wired with TTL compatible 5V DC, up to 32V are possible. Versions with AC input from 50-250V are also available. The isolation voltage of the complete solid state relay series is 4kV.

Also a variant with DC output is available, here the output is loadable with 3A at the open collector. The AC outputs are equipped with a zero voltage switch.
