These unique and patented spring contact sockets work equally well as test sockets and/or burn-in sockets. For test purposes, the frequency range extends from less than 1 GHz up to 45+ GHz (elastomer contact system) and for burn-in, the sockets also operate at temperatures from -55 °C to +150 °C (for high temperature applications even up to 250 °C). The same socket with the same footprint can be used for bench testing, production testing and burn-in.

These high quality, versatile and robust adapters are used for existing chip packages on PCBs and are used in a wide range of applications thanks to their performance. They allow you to use newer or different chip packages on your existing PCBs without layout changes. You can choose from existing "low-cost" as well as completely customized adapter variants.
